Opus Recruitment Ltd.

Opus Recruitment Ltd was formed in 2003 to service the needs of local and multinational companies that seek to recruit high quality people. From 2000 to mid 2003 the Opus team comprised KPMG Thailand’s executive search unit, leaving when KPMG Thailand decided to withdraw from executive search due to the pressures of the US Sarbanes-Oxley Act. The team left together and Opus was born. The Vietnam office opened in Ho Chi Minh City in October 2005. Although Opus is a generalist search firm, we also have a dedicated Oil & Gas division.

Opus is an associate of  Horton International, one of the world’s leading search groups with over thirty offices in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Reflecting our past association with KPMG, we were known initially as Kapient. We changed our name to Opus in February 2005.
